Each medal display features the London Skyline with space for each medal laser cut from premium walnut wood.

Personalization is laser engraved onto cherry wood providing a truly natural surface to highlight event details.

The display ships with two sturdy triangle rings ready to hang upon receipt.

Design & Model Notes: We are transitioning the medal display to a non-fitted slot design to accommodate all medal sizes. This will eliminate additional lead time to ensure proper fit. The new design also features a beautifully detailed London skyline featuring some of the most famous London landmarks.

How It’s Made

Personalization & Assembly

• First update the design with the personalization details provided
• Then engrave the cherry backing and cut out the ribbon slots for each of the medals
• Laser cut the city skyline and medal slots from premium walnut
• The walnut skyline is carefully glued to the cherry backing sheet & left overnight to cure

Finishing Process

• Initial sanding of all walnut surfaces
• Apply first coat of finish and dry
• Second round of sanding
• Apply second coat of finish and dry

Final Inspection & Packaging

• Inspect unit and address any issues
• Add hanging hardware & branding
• Prepare shipping documentation & final inspection during packaging
