How It’s Made

• We first engrave the first sheet of plywood
• Laser cut all of the parts out of two separate sheets
• Everything is sanded down for a smooth surface
• The laser cut parts are carefully glued to the backing sheet to create a 3D effect
• Once in place, we also use a nail gun to secure the pieces together
• We then apply a coat protectant to bring out grain and protect
• Hanging hardware is attached and verified
