How It’s Made

>We first engrave the first sheet of cherry plywood
>Laser cut all of the parts out of two separate sheets
>Everything is sanded down for a smooth surface
>The laser cut parts are carefully glued to the backing sheet to create a 3D effect
>Once in place, we also use a nail gun to secure the pieces together
>We then apply a coat of wood sealant to bring out the beautiful grain and protect the display.
>Hanging hardware is attached and verified
