The design features route markers from start to finish. Display ships with two sturdy sawtooth hangers and is ready to hang upon receipt.
The medal display offers the three following personalization options:
- Runner’s name:
- Bib Number (optional):
- Runner’s race time (optional):

Pictured design & medals is used as a reference only. Event medals vary year to year so we simplify the design and include a universal ribbon slot and enough space to hang the medal regardless of size or shape. We do offer medal holders with fitted slots for specific medals. If offered the option appears under the year list.

How It’s Made
Personalization & Assembly
- First update the design with the personalization details provided
- Then engrave the cherry backing and cut out the slot for the ribbon
- Laser cut the city skyline from premium walnut
- The walnut skyline is carefully glued to the cherry backing sheet & left overnight to cure
Finishing Process
- Initial sanding of all walnut surfaces
- Apply first coat of finish and dry
- Second round of sanding
- Apply second coat of finish and dry
Final Inspection & Packaging
- Inspect unit and address any issues
- Add hanging hardware & branding
- Prepare shipping documentation & final inspection during packaging

Deducted one star for each of the following reasons:
-Seller was unresponsive, even after sending them a priority email as they request in the auto-reply message you get.
-Package arrived after the Christmas holiday so I have to give this to the person late.
-Hole for the medal strap is about a half- inch too low and the medal sits on top of the skyline awkwardly. I had to fix this myself by adjusting the amount of strap on the front side of the product and then using double sided tape to hold the medal in place.
Overall it’s a nicely crafted item but because of the above mentioned headaches I would not repurchase from this seller.

Love the Berlin Marathon Display & Medal holder! I love how they added my daughter’s name and ending time of the marathon . I also love the map of the 2019 Berlin Marathon on the display . I can’t wait to give it to my daughter !
